| 3:00 - 3:30 PM | Counselor meeting under the pavilion |
| 4:00 - 6:30 PM | Registration, Medical Check-in (Campers may go to Craft Lodge for crafts after they are checked in) During the check-in process, we ask for 1 counselor of the cabin to stay at their assigned cabin while the other counselor stays at the pavilion to be able to guide each camper to his/her assigned cabin after their medical check-in is complete |
| 6:30 - 7:00 PM | Counselors to gather all of their campers back to their cabins from the arts and crafts cabin. Get ready for Dinner. |
| 7:00 - 7:30 PM | Dinner, Introductions, Camp Rules (Y-Staff) - Dining Hall |
| 7:30 - 8:00 PM | Ice Breakers – YMCA Staff (Pavilion) |
| 8:00 - 9:20 PM | Medical Checks
8:00 Tuscarora, Ottawa |
| 8:00 - 9:20 PM | Showers (Onondaga and Seneca will use the showers in their cabins)
8:00 - 8:20 Sauk, Delaware, Shawnee |
| 9:20 - 9:50 PM | Camp Stories/Music time under pavilion |
